Psoriasis it is

Well, after a second contribution to a petri dish it is again decided that my skin most favors Guttate Psoriasis. "Just what is Guttate Psoriasis?" you may ask. Well, because you asked....it is a strange form of psoriasis that means tear-drop. So, you get strep throat or an upper respiratory infection and "oh, hello, what are these little red spots?" While you are still pondering this question, the little spots grow rapidly to large red spots. They are thick skin with a scaley, silver appearance on top. Really not too bad, unless you think of them....or look at them. Swim suit season will not be happening for me. (or short sleeve season, or capri season, or sandle season....) So after one month, ten days, four hours and thirty-six minutes, the doctor has given me orders.....I am to go tanning five-seven times a week. Yes, that was 5-7 times! I am slowly turning from a white with red spot kid to a brown with red blotches kid. I'll go from having psoriasis to skin cancer. Hmmm.....

So, highlight of my life, I have a cute brown little tummy--yippee!
