Enough posts?

My sisters are bugging me that I don't post enough. So, here is the third one today!

Trent and I are adopting! We are so excited. We have applied with LDS Family Services and to increase our chances, also Guardian Angel Adoption Agency. We are open to any race although Trent and I are slightly parcial to African Americans. We have been learning how difficult it is to adopt. There are currently only one percent of un-wed mothers that place their child for adoption. While that has decreased enormously in the last twenty years, the instances of infertility have increased equally. This means adoption today is very different from twenty years ago. Trent and I will need all the help me can get. Please keep us in your prayers. There are many ways you can help us. Please keep your eyes and ears open for unwed mothers. I know that sounds strange, but we really have to market ourselves and get the word out that we would like to have a larger family. There are good and bad ways to approach unwed mothers, so we will be learning more and will send more information your way when we learn the best way. Our meetings with LDS Family Services are very helpful, but also slightly strange. We will be making up cards with simply information that can be given to family and friends to hand out. They even suggested leaving these cards with our doctors and dentists. This is definitely not what I expected, but I am sure it will be worth it. Pray for us.
